Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that on Thursday, July 22, after any leader time, the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of S. Res. 591, a resolution recognizing and honoring the 20th anniversary of the enactment of the Americans with Disabilities Act; that there be 2 hours of debate with respect to the resolution, with the time equally divided and controlled between Senators Harkin and Enzi or their designees; that no amendments or motions be in order to the resolution; that upon the use or yielding back of time, the resolution be set aside; and that upon adoption, the preamble be agreed to.
