Mr. President, today following leader remarks, there will be a period of morning business for 1 hour. During that period of time Senators will be permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. The first 30 minutes will be controlled by the majority. The Republicans will control the final 30 minutes. Following morning business, we will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to the Wall Street reform legislation. ____________________
