Madam Speaker, I just point out to my colleague from Oregon that telework already exists. Federal employees can do it already. What this bill does is allocate $30 million and create more bureaucracy. We're not stopping telework. We're not creating telework. We're expanding it and spending more money. Madam Speaker, with that, I yield 3 minutes to my colleague from Colorado (Mr. Lamborn).
