The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to enforce the requirements in-- (1) section 34(a)(1)(A) of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 (15 U.S.C. 2229a(a)(1)(A)); (2) section 34(a)(1)(B) of such Act; (3) section 34(c)(1) of such Act; (4) section 34(c)(2) of such Act; and (5) section 34(c)(4)(A) of such Act.
