If we look at the chart right behind me here--it is a little bit crooked--but you can see that at one time, going back into 1989, the Forest Service, adjusted by inflation, was generating $2.9 billion a year, $2.9 billion a year of revenue, which certainly was going to take care of covering the costs for the Forest Service, and then generate revenue for the people across this nation.

And to think that it took 15 years to sign off on a plan that did not deviate at all from what was proposed 15 years ago to me is frightening, because there could have been an absolute tragedy there if there had been a fire and that watershed had been damaged.
So, how long, on average, do the consultations take between the Forest Service and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service?
One egregious example was the repeated patient abuse in my district committed by a physical therapist and nurse at Miles City Community Living Center.
What are we going to do about the 500 individuals whose information has been released?
Why were not they keeping an eye on the CLC, which had multiple reports and issues in the last few years?
I would like to hear the accounting of the employees and know exactly what actions are being taken to take disciplinary action to hold them accountable.
Unfortunately, I have had some more information from the Helena facility as well, Fort Harrison.
Can I just cut to the chase and say, would you attribute this increase to the Cerner system, Dr. O'Toole?
