So, in short, you believe, if you trust them in their commitment to safety, then why--I would just hypothetically ask--why would we need to implement another rule on them to take away some of those decisions?

I think that is a very alarming thing, and the contrast could not be clearer because we have legislation right now in Congress that would actually say you get to keep your tips entirely, no taxes on tips.
