I think that is a very alarming thing, and the contrast could not be clearer because we have legislation right now in Congress that would actually say you get to keep your tips entirely, no taxes on tips.

Well, I would encourage you to not implement that rule. I think you would have an outcry from that community.
The government has a monopoly power on force. When they tax you, they are forcing you to spend money on the things that government wants to spend money on.
I haven't made up my mind yet but I'm not happy about this rule and he's pushing us to the brink here.
