Why in the world would we send $1, $1 of U.S. taxpayer dollars to the Chinese Communist Party?

We say that we want to fight China, yet we are going to fund China.

I just have concerns that there can be great intentions, but as has happened all too often around this place, actual results are sometimes opposite to what the intentions were.
