It's clear that the military is taking this very seriously.

I think it's close to 20,000 people, from best I can tell. That's a lot of people--20,000 people.

I have looked into how many Antideficiency Act (ADA) violations have actually been punished in DOD.

There's this sense that, the commanders have their military mission, which I'm very respectful of.

It's really hard to figure out who to blame when something goes terribly wrong and taxpayer money is wasted at unprecedented levels.
