It does clarify the intention of the bill and I think it is going to improve the process for small businesses and it has my support.

I support the amendment.

H.R. 4121 helps the early stage small businesses by removing the barriers to entry in the federal procurement.

What we have got to do is not to spend the taxpayer money.

We have got to come for some solutions for the American people.

We all know there is a problem and I do not believe it is more stimulus.

We have actually lost 1.6 million jobs since this administration has taken over.

I cannot disagree with that more than anyone.

We believe that major regulations that place new burdens on the private sector should be subject to congressional approval.

This Administration has imposed excessive regulations with little regard for their impact on job creation and the economy.

The fact that the regular procurement process wasn't followed, so that's something we definitely know, is there's a lot of political connection here.
