Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Mr. Speaker, in closing, I want to thank all of the speakers here who laid out exactly what this bill does. It is the right thing to do. It is something that needs to move forward. I would also suggest that, as we approach Veterans Day, one of the best ways we can honor those who gave service to this country is conduct our business in the House of Representatives the way it was done on this piece of legislation: in a bipartisan manner, with common goals, common values, smart thinking that was put into it to move this forward for the care of a fellow citizen, and doing the right thing. So, for that, I thank everyone involved with this, and I urge my colleagues to support H.R. 918. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
