I think that action has helped secure the retirement of millions of workers and retirees, and you and the rest of the Administration were instrumental in its passage.
I do not think anyone intended for science and social studies or art and music to get less attention when No Child Left Behind was adopted, but the reality is in many places, they did.
It's time we look for other opportunities to provide more authority and flexibility to the States and local communities while also ensuring a more limited and accountable Federal Government.
