Mr. Speaker, before I yield to the gentleman from Pennsylvania, I'll take about 10 seconds to respond to my friend, the gentleman from New Jersey, about the $250. It's not contemplated in the legislation, nor is it our understanding of the scoring that there is any intention of that $250 being brought back from those seniors.
