I know that our distinguished panel here understands that new energy legislation is truly about creating jobs here in America.
But an energy bill has to take account not just the captains of the energy industry, but also the people who buy the energy.
Like everyone here, I would like to see this bill enacted as soon as possible, especially for the State of Minnesota.
And all the recounts are above average.
