They were willing to take those risks, and the laws were changed in red States and blue States and purple States to allow them to do that. But now what do we see? A rollback. A rollback in the Presiding Officer's great State of Wisconsin. We see rollbacks attempted across the Nation in places like Montana, with same-day registration in place for 15 years.…”
