I have been pushing something that Norm Ornstein and I have worked on together for a long time, which would be a reform of the filibuster.
I mean, at one point in the speech, he said that, well, you know, incitement is a legal term but there’s no doubt that he provoked this.
Joe has said that he will not get rid of the filibuster, but he`s open to modify it.
