We wouldn't have had a vaccine for COVID, might have been 8, 10, maybe even a year afterwards.
I said, well, I will take this to the Speaker and he is going to tell me I got to find the money for it, and we did.
We are going to change the procedure in committee.
We need real reforms, strong lead agencies, timelines, real certainty to encourage project developers to take the risk.
