I do, however, have concerns--and the VA OIG shares the concern--that the resources needed to achieve VA's backlog goals are being directed and applied disproportionately, ultimately harming other veterans' services.

The funding is an issue. It is a timing issue. JVSG is the biggest funding program, and money goes directly back to the States.

As a veteran, I don't feel like I needed to be rebooted, because I am concerned that word by itself may detract somewhat from the decision that our young men and women are making to serve their country.
