I appreciate that, because I know a couple of years ago--actually, 3 or 4 years ago--when we first initially had the weight limit discussion for this committee--as you know, in the real world, before I became a Member of Congress, that is what I used to do, is actually load tractor trailers and box cars.

And does that address security issues and would deter improper data manipulation as well?
Yeah, absolutely. When you look at that only 5.4 percent have merit, part of the bulk of the reasoning is actually the lack of understanding of the law.
I hope all of my colleagues here today will continue to fight to give VA those needed resources.
