I would like to hear more from our witnesses today about: How the plan is being implemented in the field; What issues remain; What oversight is being conducted from Central Office; and How we can ensure that this program is successfully implemented.

I am hopeful that these changes can expand to VA and Congress working together to address IT security issues.
Thanks very much, Mr. Chairman. Before I ask the question from Ms. Pape, I want to thank you and the many employees at the VA for your efforts to care for our veterans and to serve our veterans as well all across the country.
I definitely will miss this committee and the work that this committee has done over a number of years.
I would encourage the secretary to quickly define detailed execution plans for these concepts and not get stuck in analysis and processes.
