Mr. Speaker, I rise to talk about a bill that poses a great danger to our country and a great danger to our people, particularly our people who are struggling, who are living from paycheck to paycheck, because this bill, contrary to the assertion of our Republican colleagues, will not help them, and we are going to talk about that. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Levin), a senior member of the Ways and Means Committee, and my friend.
