I really don't have anything specific. I have talked to Mr. Obey. I don't have the specifics of how he is going to consider that. Obviously, that is an appropriations matter, as the gentleman well observes. I would be glad to talk to Mr. Obey specifically about how he is going to proceed and let the gentleman know.
