Madam Speaker, again I urge the Members to support this legislation. I think it's very important that we pause to recognize these wonderful, strong, courageous, and patriotic citizens of our Nation who, again, are our thin blue line at sea. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Maryland (Mr. Cummings) that the House suspend the rules and agree to the concurrent resolution, H. Con. Res. 258. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the concurrent resolution was agreed to. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
