if this program continues to get watered down or taken away, given the fact that discrimination still exists in America, if this program goes away it would even make it more difficult for small businesses, minority businesses, women-owned businesses to achieve any kind of success.
But as the President and you and others have pointed out, in order to achieve a durable end to the conflict we need to build a future that has security and dignity and hope for Israelis and Palestinians alike.
