I would point out, as the chairman and I worked very hard on the Russian sanctions bill that passed overwhelmingly on the floor of the Senate, that bill is more prescriptive than we have been in the past on how we desire sanctions to be imposed for two reasons: one, to make it clear; and, secondly, so there is no ambiguity in the administration of the statute.
