And, Mr. Speaker, I would like to know: What are you afraid of? Why won't you give Officer Dooley his time? What are you afraid of, Mr. Speaker? Bring the bill to the floor. The SPEAKER pro tempore. As previously announced, the unanimous consent request cannot be entertained. The time of the gentleman will be subtracted from the gentleman from Colorado's time.
