I do believe that slowly but surely over time we are going to come to a more federalized system.

Some people might want to reduce that number and deal with only 30 or whatever the number might be.

I totally agree, and I have been saying from day one, this regulation, all regulation--I know that the other side likes to pretend that we are all for overregulation.

I would love to be here at a panel with people subject to regulations, who told me, 'That is a fair and reasonable regulation.'

The one thing I know without question, without doubt, without debate is that it was insufficient in 2008.

But when they do it in a way that then puts my mother's pension at risk, that is a problem, and we have to do something about it.

You are going to have to have complex rules to try to catch up--never get ahead, but just to catch up.
