If we just did it straight up, either through a gas tax or a vehicle mile, or the 10 other proposals that are on the table, the long-term benefit to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to the taxpayers of Massachusetts, to the people of this country, is that they get a bigger bang for their buck when it comes to infrastructure.

You have enough staffing, you have enough funding, you get along with OMB. Well, and again, I don't--I am not even sure I can ask you this question, because you haven't been there long enough.
But it is also worth noting that to the American people, it was Democrats under the sterling leadership of our Ranking Member, Ms. Maxine Waters, who has been fighting and been our protector on many of these issues.
I think we are the laggards in this, I was speaking for the United States and our financial system.
