I think that BP should pay for it. I think that 'BP' should stand for 'bills paid'.

I demanded from Tony Hayward that he make accessible to the National Institutes of Occupational Health and Safety all of the information about all of the workers down there in the Gulf of Mexico.
BP has yet to respond to my letter. I have not heard back from them yet.
Because ultimately, BP doesn't want to know the answer to the question, because they have to pay a fine per barrel of oil.
