So can advertisers, either directly or indirectly, get access to or use the metadata that Facebook collects in order to more specifically target ads?
I think one of the rubs that you are hearing is I don't understand how users then own that data.

So the point of the legislation is to try to make sure that consumers always have at least some knowledge as to and a voice in some of the decisions that are being done by FERC.
Candidly, looking at some of the testimony, I am not entirely certain I understand what those reservations are.
What this legislation seeks to do is to say a two-two tie should enter as a decision so that that can be appealed.
