I think this Committee will be doing a disservice to our constituents if we did not just talk about getting people insurance without discussing what type of insurance we are going to be offering.

I do not think we have to look very far to see there is a difference in health outcomes as you indicate based on what kind of insurance you have.

I think that we ought to treat all workers fairly, and I know you do too.

I think we have to protect both of those programs.
