The PATRIOT Act was passed in response to 9/11 to combat international terrorism. This administration is now employing it to target concerned parents.
The Constitution guarantees freedom of speech and thought to all Americans and that certainly includes the rights of parents over their children's education.
The REINS Act would act as a chokehold on Federal agencies' ability to promulgate rules that protect the health, safety, and welfare of the American people.
We want answers. We won't take no for an answer. We want the answer to be yes, and we want the information.
The Federal Government from Democratic Members of Congress, to intelligence agencies, including the FBI, used Twitter and other social media companies to censor American's speech.
Under the First Amendment, Americans have a right to speak freely regardless of whether their speech upsets the preferred narrative.
