The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To repeal the government takeover of health care) Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following: SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Patient Choice Restoration Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and the amendments made by that Act, are repealed.
