The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To end the mailbox use monopoly) At the end of title II, add the following: SEC. __. ENDING THE MAILBOX USE MONOPOLY. Section 1725 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking ``established, approved, or accepted'' and all that follows through ``mail route'' and inserting ``or post office box owned by the Postal Service or located on Postal Service property''.
