I wonder if you've surveyed some of the countries and places you're working, and ask them for the top 10 priorities that...
Just don't tax and kill the other end of it in the process.
The old model of a billion dollars to develop a drug doesn't work in this category.
I would hope, as well, you would push the trade agreements with Colombia and Panama, as job creators as well.
