In order to prevent future NLRB overreach, Congress must pass the Tribal Labor Sovereignty Act.
I would be very hesitant, Mr. Chairman, to have this committee go down an avenue of regulating this.
I look forward to working together in the weeks and months ahead. I suspect we will continue to have our differences, but there is no doubt we share the same goal of helping to ensure every child is prepared to succeed in life.
