Well, I would encourage you to keep an eye on that because to the extent that they are not harmonized, they can lead to some consequences that could hurt us commercially.
I hope your take-away from this when you go to the international forums in which you work with our counterparts is that you can tell them that the Congress is serious about convergence.
Ultimately, this is not up to us. Ultimately, it's up to the Afghans, primarily, and then some of the neighbors, principally the Paks, to do their job.
