Women have made significant contributions to the American experience, and I agree with the commission that those contributions deserve to be recognized in a dedicated national museum.

I do believe that we will have nothing but a bipartisan vote and bipartisan support to move this important legislation forward.

I am excited to see the bipartisanship that we are going to be able to exhibit tonight.

The underlying bill does not address the problem I just mentioned.

This amendment would simply include 'labor organizations' after each occurrence of 'corporation.'

I think the amendment, which would simply remove this, would be a mistake and would make this piece of legislation a far poorer piece of legislation, and I would ask that the Members vote against it.

This amendment strikes Subtitle B of Title I. This section would not accomplish its desired goal of eliminating foreign meddling in our elections.

The only thing that will get us through this crisis in gun violence and violence in general is we must--there must be a faith-based solution.

We must find a way to eliminate access to these automatic and semi-automatic weapons that shouldn't be in the hands of anyone except military and perhaps in some instances law enforcement.

Gun violence is a crisis, but so is poverty a health crisis. So is economic oppression.

I am particularly interested in ensuring that any federal investment in transportation and infrastructure includes underrepresented and vulnerable workers.
