I would like to be on the record, as well as my over-100 colleagues, I think, in supporting current U.S. law.
I would support your subpoena request so that we are sure that we get all the information that we are requesting.
I would suggest that...that is inconsistent. It is not helpful. And I would urge the commissioners to review that practice, quite frankly.
It is one thing to say you don't like the rules; it is another thing to write the rules and then criticize people for following the rules.
