I hope that--actually, I wish everybody in America was watching today so that they could understand the kinds of issues that we are dealing with and understand the fact that we have identified some solutions that can move forward.

We will also have additional rounds. We will try to stick to 5 minutes each round, but we will do as many rounds as we can do.
These are some examples--I do not know if you followed the debate here when we debated the Act, but that result was exactly what we were hoping to accomplish, and what you are telling us is that we are seeing some of that on the ground now.
