I thank my friend from Connecticut. Every time I see my good friend here, I think of all the work that he did in getting our health care bill through, and now this. Talk about going out on a high note. I am sorry, as he knows, that he is not going to be here after this year. Again, I think the fact that Senator Dodd did the health care bill and got it through was a great achievement for the people of this country and now this financial reform, to make sure we don't go through what we did a few years ago again and to help our consumers have a little better balance in their dealings with the big banks and the big investment houses. This is a great bill, and I compliment him for it. I know it has been a long tough slog, as they say, but future generations will look back and thank Senator Dodd both for the health care bill, and I think for this financial reform bill. A lot of people may not understand all the intricacies of it--the high finance and all that stuff. Sometimes you can get a little dizzy thinking about all this stuff. But he understands it. He gets it. And Senator Dodd has done a magnificent job in putting this bill together. It is going to help protect our consumers in this country. So that is why I am proud to support it. I hope he doesn't mind if I offer an amendment to it, as I am going to do on the ATM piece. But I thank the Senator, and I yield the floor. I suggest the absence of a quorum. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
