Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the February 4 order with respect to the Executive Calendar be further modified to provide that the debate time be extended until 4 p.m., and that at 4 p.m., the Senate proceed to vote on the nomination of Joseph Greenaway, with the time until then divided as previously ordered, and that the remaining provisions of the February 4 order, as modified, still be in effect.
