I say to my friend, the leader, that we seem to have an impasse. I have an annuities amendment. I don't know what is going to happen to that. I don't know if they are going to bring it up, vote on it or not vote on it. No one has said to me what they are going to do with it. I have an ATM amendment I have been trying to bring up. I heard my friend from Connecticut--and he is my friend; I respect him highly--say: Stay around here tonight and offer amendments. I just offered an amendment, and now I can't offer the amendment because they will not set aside the pending amendment.
