The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), add the following new section: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to administer the wage-rate requirements of subchapter IV of chapter 31 of title 40, United States Code, with respect to any project or program funded by this Act.
