I want to make sure that the American people are not subjected to a substantially more rigorous screening process than some of these illegal aliens.
But our ranking member on that committee said just a few months ago in our markups this year, we do not have a spending problem; we have a revenue problem.
So I think it has never been more important for Congress to really commit to pro-growth policies that help American leadership on the global stage.
