Madam President, in 1 minute I am going to ask for unanimous consent to withdraw amendment No. 4221, which is currently pending on the legislation before us. After discussions with the staff, it is my understanding that the appropriations included in FEMA in this emergency legislation will, in fact, be available to those States that have been approved for funds that did not get them in the last budget because funds ran out. If that is the case, the State of Georgia would, as my intent was, be recognized to be a beneficiary of that. Therefore, I ask unanimous consent that the Isakson amendment, No. 4221, be withdrawn. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
