The problem is that H.R. 2, which is the law that we passed, needs some teeth for it to become the law of the land.
The Biden Administration has been good to the Maduro regime, and we are talking about oil purchases.
It is like communism. It is great on theory and it is horrible in practice.
So I ask the Biden Administration to reassess its strategy for Central America.
