I can't imagine, as a Member of Congress, having this level of devastation in my district.
Unfortunately, many of them are sitting in the Senate, but we have not neglected trying to change laws.
Most disturbing to me is--and again, we went through this fiasco with the trailers that had formaldehyde, but we knew we had to have shelter for people.
