We have to have some kind, just not just the power of exposing these abuses but there needs to be a penalty phase.

Ileana Ros-Lehtinen is a former U.S. Representative who served Florida's 18th congressional district from 1989 to 2019. A member of the Republican Party, she was the first Hispanic woman elected to the U.S. Congress.
