It is unconscionable that more casualties have occurred with our servicemembers here domestically upon their return from active duty as opposed to overseas while serving their country.

Statistics show that 20 percent, around 1 in 5 veterans who serve in Iraq and Afghanistan have been diagnosed with post traumatic stress.
